Set on a quiet hillside in Blevio — the first village north of Como, a five-minute drive from the lakefront promenade — Como Rental is a two-bedroom rental for 4 people. Mornings begin on the terrace with a moka pot and lake views that run the length of Lake Como, overlooking the picturesque town of Cernobbio with the gardens of Villa d'Este visible across the water; afternoons drift toward the shared pool, where loungers face the mountains and the sun slides slowly behind them. On summer evenings, guests often catch night-time fireworks over the lake from the terrace. Inside, two full marble bathrooms (one with a walk-in rain shower, one with a corner whirlpool), an open-plan living and dining room, a real Italian kitchen with a wine niche, and two restful bedrooms — one with wooden blinds catching the morning light, one with cool marble floors that stay summer-soft underfoot.

Three kilometres from Como, a world away.
Blevio is the first lakeside village heading north out of Como — six minutes by car, ten by bus, or a scenic boat ferry from Blevio running up and down the lake from Piazza Cavour. Bellagio is 30 minutes away by car or ferry, and the Como Ski Club is just 2 minutes from the door. You're close enough for an evening aperitivo in town, far enough to fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Milan is one hour by car or train; Lugano, forty minutes through the mountains.
Getting here
Easier than you'd think.
Como Rental sits just above Blevio, the first lakeside village north of Como. From the apartment door it's a five-minute drive to the lakefront, a short walk to the village ferry stop, and a direct one-hour train ride between Milan and Como San Giovanni.
