How does check-in work?

Self check-in with a key found in a lock box on site. A few days before arrival we'll send you the Wi-Fi password and parking details, along with a short note of local tips. There's no front desk to coordinate with — arrive any time after 3pm.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. If your flight or train sits outside those windows just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking on-site for one car. Additional cars can usually park nearby — let us know in advance and we'll point you to the best spot.

Is the pool private?

The pool is shared with the other two residences in the building, but it's reserved for residents only — never open to the public. Loungers are first-come, first-served and there's almost always space.

Is the apartment suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the second bedroom works well for kids and the living areas are open and easy to supervise. A travel cot is not provided. The pool is lifeguarded at certain times of day; outside those hours, parental supervision is required.

Do you allow pets?

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please mention your pet in the booking request so we can confirm.

Is smoking allowed?

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, with ashtrays provided.

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 30 days, 50% of the deposit is returned; within 7 days, no refund is given. We're flexible in genuine emergencies — just talk to us.
